About A Budget Storage
A Budget Storage sits east of I-45 on the edge of Conroe, near FM 1484 and Northridge Drive. If you live or work around FM 1484, FM 2432 or Northridge, it's an easy stop. RV, boat and vehicle owners park outside here, and the lot is fenced with cameras and gate access. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People describe them as helpful, patient and easy to deal with, and a few mention getting questions answered without trouble. Cleanliness comes up often too, along with how well the place is maintained. One long-time customer has had a space for six years with no issues. Signing up online gets mentioned as quick and simple, and you can pay online or set up a monthly draft. Not everything gets praise. One reviewer liked the person who helped them but found the mobile app hard to find from the website. Office hours are posted, and the gate is open around the clock.

What renters mention
“I’m Very happy and pleased to have a secured Unit. Alexis she’s very very helpful and kind and nice. She was able to help me understand questions I had. I would recommend any and everyone to come rent these units.” – Reggie W., 4 months ago, on Google

“Kaitlyn was great. The software sucks. The mobile app is not available from the web page, it says to click on the menu (three dots top right) then select install app. That is not an option, not even greyed out, simply not an option.” – Elaine S., 10 months ago, on Google
