About A-1 Storage
A-1 Storage sits on Q Street in Rio Linda, with gated entry, security cameras and bright lighting across the lot. Vehicle and RV parking share the property with regular storage units, and reviewers mention outdoor storage and easy gate-code access. The reviews lean on the people. Several note a helpful desk guy named John who sorted out unit sizes and payment setup, and others call the staff polite. Cleanliness comes up often too, along with affordable rates and a range of unit sizes. One reviewer liked that there is room to park a truck between units while unloading, saying other facilities feel tight by comparison. You can rent online and pay bills online, and rentals run month to month. Drive-up access and on-site management are part of the setup. It is a straightforward place, and the 4.7 rating across 167 reviews suggests people keep coming back.

What renters mention
“All I can say is that you don’t need to do anything but call John. He works to bring miracles to life. I was told something that was untrue by the main office(it wasn’t their fault) and John fixed the problem quick and fast.” – Anthony, 6 months ago, on Google
“An amazing storage place! Michael is an excellent manager and really cares about the customer at the end of the day. I've never been treated with such respect while being delinquent as I have been since having my unit at this location.” – ariel d., 5 months ago, on Google
“A great place to store my things. They signed the contract quickly, and I moved my things in the same day. They offer spaces of various sizes, so if you don't have a lot of things, you can choose a smaller space.” – venya30, 6 months ago, on Google
