About 51 Self Storage Climate control
This self-storage facility on the edge of Gainesville offers climate-controlled and standard units, plus RV storage. Reviewers often mention how clean the property is kept. One person who rented multiple units over several years said the prices are fair for what you get. The office staff get mixed feedback. Several reviewers call the women in the office friendly and helpful, and one long-term renter appreciated being able to call and talk to a person. Others describe problems with communication and billing, including a dispute over a required 10-day notice before moving out. If you reserve through U-Haul, read the fine print. A couple of reviewers ran into trouble with reservation fees and charges they didn't expect. For direct rentals, people report the place feels secure and well maintained. Hours are posted, but it's not open 24/7.
